Head over to MomsTeam for a new post, Jabs #13: Making Youth Hockey Safer In Wake of Jablonski Tragedy, by respected Minnesota coach Hal Tearse. Our mindset needs to change, rules should protect kids and parents, coaches and officials need to be more responsible.

Also, read up on Jack’s Pledge , a movement started to encourage players to take a minute and think about safe play on the ice before they get caught up in the action.
